Right now, we need the broadest range of perspectives to bring clarity and focus to find solutions in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). We know that it is good for business to have inclusion as a fundamental part of every organisational strategy, and I’m struck by how little conversation there is about how to drive collective change.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do know that as leaders, we have the power to rally around the right questions and follow our moral compass. Silence and apathy enable oppression.

Together, we can create real change.

Courageous Conversations

In this program we recognise the new challenges for those who care about DEI (or the lack of!) in their workplaces. This six month program is designed to help women navigate their workplaces and have courageous conversations that matter.

We use Lego Serious Play as an in person facilitation methodology to improve creative thinking and team communication. Through three-dimensional models of their ideas, all voices are represented by telling stories through their models.
